Key Sales Role - Tractors and Farm Machinery

Bryant Tractors is a well-established privately owned Tractor & Machinery Dealership base din Whangarei. This hands-on sales position reports to the Managing Director.
You will be directly accountable for driving sales growth, brand awareness, market share and DIFOT.
Also, you will ideally be able to tick the following four boxes:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role, and preferably with Key Account Management, Category Management and/or Area Management exposure
- Direct exposure to the Agriculture sector and/or heavy machinery industry – preferably in a hands-on operational or sales role.
- An uncompromising attitude to excellence in customer service and support – both internal and external
Most importantly the ability to relate to people and build lasting relationships – in turn requiring a confident style that is naturally personable whilst maintaining professionalism and respected credibility in the market.
