Executive Personal Assistant
Broadway Health Management Limited is a busy, dynamic and innovative general practice providing comprehensive health care solutions in the North. We are a member of Mahitahi Hauora PHE. We have clinics located in Kaikohe, Waipapa, Okaihau, Kaeo & Kaitaia.
We are looking for a super-star Executive Personal Assistant. This is a brand-new full-time role! So, there is an opportunity to make it your own! You will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer.
As first point of contact you will be dealing with all correspondence, provide administrative support including diary and email management, phone calls, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing documentation including presentations and reports.
As this is a fast-paced environment initiative, drive, energy, and a can-do attitude is necessary.
