Receptionist - Administrator

If you love helping people and are super organised this is the perfect role for you. Working in a professional firm, you will be responsible for ensuring clients get ‘celebrity service’ and the offices (of which there are 3) run like clock-work. You will be a key part of a team of 20+ people who are committed to helping Far North businesses and families thrive.

Three areas of responsibility:

  1. Reception - sole responsibility for welcoming visitors, handling inbound calls and connecting clients with team members.
  2. Administration - sole responsibility for managing and executing all the processes and systems to keep three offices running smoothly. This includes everything from maintaining a steady supply of coffee through to keeping the company vehicle fueled.
  3. Workflow - using software to manage the critical flow of documents and information through the business and many touch points, from client to team member to IRD.


  • Friendly, energetic, confident communicator.
  • Understand how to behave and interact in a professional firm.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office software or similar.
  • Appetite to learn.


  • No formal qualifications are required.
  • Potentially an entry-level job for a very competent person.

Start Date: Beginning July 2021, or by negotiation
Days of Work: Monday - Friday
Hours of Work: 8.30am - 4.30pm (with 30 minutes for lunch and 2 x 15 minute tea breaks)
Location: 10 Fairway Drive, Kerikeri, with occasional travel to Kaikohe and Kaitaia offices
