Human Resources Advisor

Hokianga Health Enterprise Trust

This is a generalist role reporting to the Human Resources Manager. You will provide support across all HR workstreams including health & safety, employment relations and performance management, organisational development and workforce planning, capability building and employee engagement, as well as recruitment and remuneration.

Your ability to provide pragmatic, HR advice will be critical to your success in the role.

You will be adept at balancing a varied and demanding workload, as well as providing both strategic advice and hands on support. You will be able to quickly earn the trust and confidence of managers, while connecting with expertise across the organisation to ensure the right advice is given.

It is important that you are exceptionally well organised and action oriented, as well as a quick learner.

Quality/Compliance Project Manager

Hokianga Health Enterprise Trust

In this role you will ensure that Hauora Hokianga’s operational activities meet the appropriate healthcare legislation, regulations, guidelines, policies, and standards. You will lead and coordinate the preparation for external audits and assist with internal audits, receive, track, and investigate external complaints and provide effective document control and management for the organisation.     

To be successful in this role it is desirable that you have:

  • experience in health service delivery, and quality systems
  • well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
  • project management experience
  • computer skills - Office 365 and associated programmes.
