Our founding Kaupapa & Purpose is that our tamariki, rangatahi & whanau have the best chance in life.

An “All of the Problem & all of the Solution” service. Encompassed within “Te Whare Tapa Wha.” And other Wholistic Models of Practice

Our focus is: To empower our Tamariki, Rangatahi & Whanau/ Family & Communities, Maori & non-Maori, to heal & find positive new directions. We are searching for Practitioners who are experienced and talented, are resilient and willing to work as part of an extremely busy, highly skilled team in the difficult field of disadvantage & trauma and all the downstream affects of these.

We may offer an internship to someone talented & working with tamariki or rangatahi in a similar field & keen to develop therapeutic skills.

If you have a ‘can do’ attitude mixed with grit and determination and have that quintessential kiwi number 8 wire mentality, sense of fun, work well in a team and really care about best practice, have a clean driver’s license and be happy to travel & work throughout Northland, then this maybe your dream job.

We have brilliant supportive working conditions & competitive ngo salaries.
