Builder/Maintenance Person with proven experience

Claud Switzer Memorial Trust is a Residential Care home for the elderly with 92 residents and has been established for over 65 yrs. We are wanting to employ a builder/maintenance person with proven experience, is this you?

Qualifications & experience

· Any relevant qualification would be an advantage.
· Practical experience - carpentry, proven workmanship, and an eye for detail
· An organised and systematic approach to the working environment
· Reliable and motivated
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Can work well and efficiently both unsupervised and within a team.
· Good level of physical fitness and ability is required.

Tasks & responsibilities

· Small and Medium building jobs repairs and maintenance
· Responsible for the upkeep of infrastructure and building.
